Has my order shipped?
  You will received a tracking number from USPS.com at time of shipping.  You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Please call us immediately if you'd like to change your order. We will typically pull your order within 1-2 days - and ship via Priority Mail within 2-3 days from receipt of order.

How do I track my order?
  You will receive an email from USPS.com with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
My order never arrived.
  Please call us immediately! 949-916-2052 Also, check your email to see that you received a tracking number from USPS.com. You can click the tracking number in the email to find out the status.

An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please call us immediately upon receipt of your order (949) 916-2052 or email to [email protected]  Shortages need to be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
My product has a quality issue or is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
  We'll give you an approximately ship date on backorders via phone or email.  Keep in mind lead time for Bali production can take up to 3 months, and sometimes longer depending on materials.
